Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To the advent of super deep submicron age, stabilization of power supply system becomes more and more important against the lowering of power supply voltage, the increasing of size of circuits mounted. Authors have designed a power wiring optimization algorithm that considers wiring congestion, IR drop, inductor noise of power pads, and electro migration; also, have studied its usefulness and problems by examining the prototype system
