Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes a suitable security model (Community Based Access Control Model) for a social system that assumes the Web application system and the data base to be an infrastructure. The security model prevents the system from information leaking and information falsifying. To generalize the model, the idea of a structuralism model is obtained from the social system theory and semiotics. The attributes "Competition, role, hierarchy, ownership, and private" between subjects are extracted from the social system theory as a structural related element of "Community". Moreover, the structure of semiotics is introduced to express the mechanism of Covert Channel that leaks the content of information, and it is reflected in the access control mechanism. The access rule is described in the structure of the attribute of such a community and the subject and the object. The information filter applies the access control rule to the access demand for the data base. And, the information filter judges and prevents Covert Channel. It is shown that concepts of past security models are integrated by describing the structure between attributes from the aspect of Covert Channels. |
