| Abstract(in English) | This report addresses designing information and communication services(ICSs) that are accessible by mobile phones. We first show functional descriptions for users, and for ICSs : a functional user and a functional information service. We then discuss with the use of the relation between these two functional models the situation of accessing the services through a mobile phone. Based on these discussions, we introduce two approaches of designing universal ICSs by mobile phones. One is a bottom-up approach and the other top-down one. We show certain examples of using these two approaches. |
