The concept of regional network for e-Learning infrastructure

Abstract(in English) In recent days, the University redefines its position at the regional in conjunction with the reforming as the independent corporation. The University is expected to do the development educational contents for the city residents, the interaction with elementary school and junior high school for comprehensive education, and the outreach effort. To lead these activities to success, we have to deploy the cost-effective and tailored to our needs regional network. We introduce our approach that we have build the regional IX with the convention of L2 and L3 connection.
