Experimental results for intermodulation distortion control technique using linear array antenna

Abstract(in English) We study a novel technique to increase a carrier power to intermodulation distortion power ratio (C/IM) in an active phased array antenna, by control of the IM phase using an IM controller. To realize this technique, a novel IM controller, even-order-distortion implemented IM controller (EODIC), was developed. This paper describes the principle of EODTC and then introduces the EODIC MMIC and its performance. This paper also presents the IM distribution performance of the proposed technique.
