Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A vehicle borne dual sensor of SAR-GPR and metal detector was developed for the purpose of detecting landmines. SAR-GPR consists of three stepped frequency radars which are built on newly developed portable fast vector network analyzers. A CMP array antenna is employed as the T/R antenna. CMP stacking process and migration process provides us with 3D image data of buried objects. Yet another sensor is a commercial model MIL-D1 of CEIA, Italy. Metal detector data is also processed to provide the operator with visual image of metal detector scan results.
