Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Generalized Harmonic Analysis (GHA) that starts from fixed book of N. Wiener is being put to practical use by the sinusoidal wave template matching to the objective signal today. GHA was located for a long time as the theory of mathematics and there was no attempt of a technological application, but in 1994, Dr. Hirata disclosed an efficient GHA algorithm that decreased the computational complexity, in 1998, Hirata proposed its faster method, and it has been arriving now. However, this algorithm has a problem that a substantial, lowest frequency is decided by the length of the analysis frame, so that accuracy deteriorates rapidly for the frequency components below that frequency. Then, when we applied new templates proposed by Hirata, it was confirmed that the objective signal was analyzed correctly also below the above-mentioned lowest frequency. However, the accuracy improvement to the frequency component within the low range of the frequency was not necessarily achieved for an actual music signal.
