Fabrication of Green Laser-Induced Waveguide

Abstract(in English) We have studied Self-Written Waveguide which is fabricated in resin mixed with coloring material by irradiation of green laser (λ= 532 nm). Using a graded-index optical fiber, we have confirmed that a straight waveguide of 2.42 mm length at maximum is fabricated and its length depends on irradiation time and irradiation intensity.
