| 抄録(和) | 散乱体の後方散乱波形から散乱体光学パラメータを推定する光CT像再生法の並列計算による高速処理法を検討している。FDTD法による像再生法におけるYeeメッシュ数の増加に伴う計算時間増大を避けるため、並列計算による高速処理法を検討した。共有メモリ型の並列計算機を使用し、staticループ並列スケジューリングでCPU数nを8まで増やしたときの計算時間は1/nに短縮されることが分かった。並列化によるオーバーヘッドを考慮すると繰り返し回数が少ない場合は8CPUでの時間短縮は1/5に止まる。並列化による計算順序変更等による数値解誤差は10^<-13>以下であることが判明した。 |
| 抄録(英) | High speed processing for optical parameters image reconstruction by parallel computing in time resolved optical computer tomography has been studied. The image reconstruction is based on FDTD analysis, which requires much time for iteratively computing spatial and time dependencies of the field components. The image reconstruction times have been decreased to 1/n with respect to the number n of CPUs in a shared memory parallel computing machine with static time schedulings. The numerical calculation erros remain within 10^<-13> in the parallel computing. |
