Study on Limit of Applicability of SPM for Estimation of Electoromagnetic Source Distribution

Abstract(in English) In order to estimate electromagnetic source distination, SPM method (Sampled Pattern Matching method) is introduced to obtain high resolution. It is pointed out that the estimation of source location fails when observation plane is not located appropriately. In this report, optimum condition of the obsrvation plane is discussed by numerical simulation.
