Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes to define a spatial correlation of ESPAR antenna that is a cross correlation coefficient of received signal sequences between a desired user and an interfering one. These received signal sequences are obtained using one omni pattern and six sector beam patterns. It is found that the spatial correlation of ESPAR antenna draws a similar curve to a spatial correlation of conventional DBF adaptive arrays. We have found some thresholds of the spatial correlation as a criterion of a possibility of suppressing interference signals.
