| 抄録(和) | 手の線画を見ることで, 視覚と触覚の間に生じる相互作用がどのような影響を受けるかについて, 視触覚間干渉課題を用いて検討した.触覚の位置弁別課題中にディスプレイ上の妨害光に重ねて手の線画を呈示したところ(実験1), まるで手の絵に自分の手が対応したかのように, 手の絵の方向によって触覚弁別に対する妨害光の干渉効果が変化することが分かった.しかし手の絵の代わりに, 手と指の位置を示す文字(実験2-1)や, 方向の手がかりを示す矢印(実験2-2)を呈示しても, そのような効果は見られなかった.これらの結果は, "手"の形状という視覚情報が, 私たちの身体知覚に特有に関わるものであることを示唆する. |
| 抄録(英) | Tactile discrimination performance was slower and less accurate when visual distractor stimuli were presented from incongruent locations than when they were presented from congruent locations to tactile target stimuli. Using this crossmodal congruency paradigm, we examined whether seeing a simple line-drawing of a hand could modulate visuotactile interactions. We found that tactile discrimination performance was modulated when the hand picture was presented, but not when words or arrows were presented. These results suggest that visuotactile interactions were specifically modulated by the image of the hand rather than by cognitive cues such as simply semantically referring to the relevant body sites and the visual orientation cue of the hand. |
