| 抄録(和) | 画面に提示された手刺激に対して左右いずれかを判断する左右手判断課題では、頭頂葉や前運動野といった、身体表象に関連部位の活性化が見られることが報告されている。また、腕を切断した患者においては同課題が困難になることや、解剖学的に回転可能な角度の手刺激の判断が不可能な手刺激よりも早いという報告がなされており、身体状態を反映した課題であると考えられている。そこで本研究では、頭頂葉や前運動野の脳腫瘍を摘出した後の患者に対して同課題を行い、手のイメージについて考察することを目的とした。その結果、麻痺している手は左手にも関わらず右手刺激への正答率が低かった。ここから、頭頂葉や前運動野といった身体表象関連部位の脳損傷により、左手表象よりも右手表象の方が影響を受けやすいことが示唆された。 |
| 抄録(英) | We investigated hand imagery deficit in the post-operative stages of patients with parietal or premotor brain tumor. Eighteen right-handed normal subjects took part in this study as controls. Pictures of a real hand rotated from 45° to 315° (with a 45° step) were presented as target stimuli. Participants discriminated the target hand (left or right) by pressing one of two keys assigned to two fingers of their right or non-paralyzed hand. Normal right-handed subjects showed that correct response to right hand stimuli were worse than those of left when stimuli were rotated at 225°. Results of patients showed that correct response to right hand stimuli were worse than that of Normal group. In the results of reaction time, normal group showed that when hand stimuli were rotated at 315°, response times to right hand was shorter that those of left. Results suggest that in patient group right hand image would have been impaired irrespective of their paralyzed hand. |
