Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) An enzyme (GOD or LOD) reaction layer including mediator (potassium ferricyanide) and water-soluble polymer (CMC) was prepared on produced screen-printed electrodes (working electrode: carbon ink, counter electrode carbon ink, reference electrode : Ag/AgCl ink). The mediator-enzyme shows an increased catalytic current because the mediator acts as an electron transfer relay between the active center of the enzyme and the working electrode. The working electrode was polarized at 400mV vs. Ag/AgCl. The limit of detections of glucose and L-lactic acid were 1mM and the response was linear to 100mM (R^2=0.9925) and 50mM (R^2=0.9975), respectively. One assay was completed within 2min.
