Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To secure the safety of the chemical plants, Measures for safety are examined while assuming the propagation route of abnormality using the safety evaluation technique such as HAZOP, FTA, and FMEA when the plant is designed and abnormality occurs. But these methods have a lot of problem. For example, they take much time and the result depends on the analyst experience. Then, it proposed the technique for searching for the abnormal propagation route from information when the plant was designed, and the utility was examined by a numeric experiment using the boiler plant in this research.
