| 抄録(和) | 末梢神経線維における8字型コイルを用いた磁気刺激では、コイルの巻数を増やすことにより、誘導電界の強度は大きくなる。しかし、巻数が増えればコイル面積が増加するため、コイルの巻数と誘導電界の強度は比例しない。本研究では、コイルの内径を固定し、外径をコイルの巻数により変化させた場合のコイルの巻数による神経線維の興奮特性の変化についてシミュレーションを用いて解析した。その結果、神経線維と8字型コイルの中心結合部分の電流が神経線維と平行な場合において、コイルの巻数により最も神経を刺激する位置が1箇所から2箇所となった。また垂直な場合において、最も神経を刺激する位置に神経線維が存在する状態では同一神経線維上の2箇所が刺激されることがわかった。 |
| 抄録(英) | In the magnetic stimulation of the peripheral nerve with the figure-of-eight coil, the intensity of induced electric field increased with the number of turns of the coil. However, the distribution of the electric field in actual magnetic stimulation is different from the ideal case that the coil is estimated as a line. In this study, we analyzed the electric field and the properties of nerve excitation changing with the number of turns of the coil. The result shows that two stimulating points with the least intensity appear in the stimulation with the coil with small the number of stimulating points with the least stimulating intensity become two when the number of turns of the coil is more than 13 turn, in the case that the junction of the figure-of-eight coil is parallel to the nerve fiber. In case that the junction of the figure-of-eight coils perpendicular to the nerve fiber, the nerve fiber is stimulated at two points when the number of turns of the coil is more than 13 turn, whereas the nerve fiber is stimulated at only one point when the number of turn of the coil is less than 13 turns. |
