| 抄録(和) | ネットワーク上のディジタル著作物の流通の発展の鍵は著作権の保護の仕掛けであり、著作物の不正利用防止技術や電子的著作権管理システムの開発とともに、著作権の新たなルール等、法律や制度等の社会基盤の整備が進められている。このような状況において、システムの設計や開発、著作物の一般利用者への支援を目的とした、著作権に関する契約手順、契約ひな型等を定型化(テンプレート化)して、誰もが利用できるようにしておくことは有意義であると思われる。本報告では、これらの観点から、著作権の契約処理を支援する「著作権契約処理支援ツール」について検討し、プロトタイプを開発したので、その結果について報告する。 |
| 抄録(英) | The growth of digital content delivery on the network depends on protecting authors' rights against unauthorized use of the contents. Copy protection technologies as well as electronic copyright management systems have been developed. In addition to these technologies and systems, efforts have also been made in terms of social support such as copyright law and laws related to electronic commerce. We have developed a tool to make templates for contract procedures and written contracts in terms of copyrights to assist system development engineers working on these issues as well as ordinary users of digital contents who do not have enough knowledge about laws related to copyright. This paper describes the background, motivation, architecture, and evaluation of this tool. |
