Abstract(in English) The codes of ethics of Japanese comptuer professional organization has been expected on both crime prevention and whistle blowing since mid-1990s. These requirements are originally different and sometimes against with each other. Comparing Computing Curricula 2001 by ACM/IEEE-CS, this paper examines the coming problem of the professional ethics especially the whistle blowing on the system development.
