| 抄録(和) | 国立国会図書館関西館の開設は,国立国会図書館の電子図書館としての機能を充実させていく象徴的なものであり,利用者へのサーヴィスのための電子的情報資源の蓄積・利用の促進が求められる.また,関西館は,遠隔地からのインターネットによる複写依頼の窓口役にもなるという.この電子的情報資源および複写サーヴィスの対象物は,国立国会図書館に納本される蔵書によって形成される.ただし,この多くは,出版物である.そして,この構図の中には,ディジタルコンテンツの蓄積・利用の促進を阻害する著作権問題が集約されていよう.本稿は,著作物・出版物・電子的情報資源間の形成過程を踏まえて,電子的情報資源を蓄積し利用するための合理的な方法について提案する. |
| 抄録(英) | The establishment of the Kansai-kan of the National Diet Library is a symbolic consequence for the National Diet Library to strengthen its function as an electronic library. Thus, promotion of accumulation and utilization of electronic information resources is required to provide better services for the users. Another role of the Kansai-kan is to accept copy requests via Internet. The object of electronic information resources and copy services will be works deposited to the National Diet Library. Many of them will be publications. In the above scheme lies the copyright problem that may interfere with the promotion of accumulation and utilization of digital contents. This paper proposes the rational way to accumulate and utilize electronic information resources, taking into consideration the process of formation between works, publications and electric information resources. |
