Abstract(in English) Aiming at the popularization of Internet broad band services, several IP based satellite communications have been providi The VoIP technology, one of these IP services, may be applied to such a IP based satellite communication. So, the influences of satellite link status , the network delay time in the end- end VoIP call quality are estimated using PSQM+ with a pseudo satellite link. In this pap we show that it is possible to apply VoIP technology to narrowband satellite communications through estimating the influence of voice quality on condition of changing the characteristics of satellite link quality (BER) and mixing VoIP traffic with Web traffic.
