Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Since the space charges like oxygen vacancies affect to the aging phenomena, the reliability and so on in perovskite oxide ceramics, barium titanate ceramics as the representative, we evaluated the Ni-doped barium strontium titanate ceramics, where the Curie temperature were decreased by Sr solution, through the thermally stimulated current observations. The experimental results revealed the dipolar charges localized at the grain boundaries and also the current accompanied with migration of the oxygen vacancies. The set of the experiments made it possible to understand both the ultra-low frequency dielectric relaxation phenomena and the abnormal conduction current observed in these ceramic systems.
