Abstract(in English) | Recently, a number of studies have reported that many kinds of networks, such as WWW, the Internet, the relation network of genes, metabolic system and BtoB transactions, have the scale-free property in common. In this paper, we examined the network structure of Netnews servers, which has been paid no attention as a target of research, in terms of a degree distribution, a clustering coefficient and an average path length of the network. We also compare these metrics to ones of a theoretical network model and show that the Netnews structure has the scale-free property. |
