| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, a text region detection method using line region extraction is proposed, and using the results of text region detection, telop recognition was carried out using OCR software. As instructional movie often accompanies related text information, a method to improve telop recognition rate by matching telop and related text information using DP matching is also proposed. |
