Abstract(in English) For several hundreds MHz-6 GHz-band multi-band/multi-mode wireless terminals, broad-band and/or tunable RF transceiver section should be developed. In this report, direct conversion type Q-MOD and Q-MIX, suitable for multi-mode/multi-band applications, are introduced. A boroad-band variable pahse shifter and a variable degital attenuator are also introduced.
