Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Software Defined Radio (SDR) is expected to realize flexible system deployment and there have been many studies of SDR recently. In addition to SDR technical studies, power consumption and modem complexity are also important technical area in order to realize a mobile SDR terminal. In the presentation, we focus on software defined radio implementation for mobile purpose and describe its key technologies, technical challenges and applications. Also, we discuss function partitioning and architecture for SDR modem based on 3GPP DS-FDD system.
