Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we introduce about automated acquisition from sequential image and interactive analysis system for various traffic statistics and events. This system acquires the information about the position and velocity of each vehicle by utilizing an occlusion robust vehicle tracking algorithm. Then various traffic statistics(e.g., traffic volume) are calculated or various traffic event analyses(e.g., traffic jam) are executed. Since the statistics to be calculated vary, the preparation of the entire associated calculation method is not practical. And the system should be receptive to various kinds of queries. Therefore, we analyze the calculation flow and decompose hierarchically to arrive at an elementary operation.
