| 抄録(和) | 海難発生時における捜索目標の発見は、航空機からの目視捜索に依存しており、長時間にわたる捜索は見逃しを起こしやすい。このため、人間の目に代わる検出技術の一つとして、捜索目標のオレンジ色に着目した検出手法を提案し、良好な条件下でバンド間差分が有効であることを示した。実際の捜索活動で予測される様々な気象・海象下での有効性を示すことがシステム開発に必要である。本研究では、気象・海象の悪影響で捜索目標が見えにくい画像に対して、これまでの手法の有効性、および悪条件下における捜索目標の検出手法を検討した。 |
| 抄録(英) | When a marine casualty occurs, detection of the rescue target such as life rafts depends on the visual search of human eyes. It is supposed, however, that human eyes sometimes lose its sight and the ability of detection falls down owing to long flight and nasty weather. For a practical purpose of prompt rescue of the human life, development of searching support system in place of the human eyes is surely required. we attempt to develop image processing techniques in order to detect accurately the rescue target under various sea conditions. |
