| 抄録(和) | 2001年9月11日、ニューヨーク市ワールド・トレード・センターで発生した航空機突入テロは未曾有の規模でありその手段も過去例を見ないものであったがその最も大きな意義は、今回のテロが国際テロとしての理念「敵の味方は敵」「敵の国民は敵」を実行しそれが実現した事である。今後の国際テロはこの理念に添って行われるであろうが、その時は日本も大きな目標としなりうる点に注意が必要である。 | |
| 抄録(英) | The Terror happenings which occurred on 11^ | September 2001 in New York World Trade Center Buildings are the biggest and the newest methods in the terrorism history. But the most important meanings in International Terrorism are that they establish the new idea 「The friends of enemies are enemy」「The nations of enemies are enemy」 and actuary practiced these theories. The under these theories, we should aware Japan also being enemy from their point of views. We should be careful. |
