Abstract(in English) The efficiency of RTK-GPS for displacement monitoring of buildings is demonstrated, and a new urban disaster prevention system consisting of a concentrated monitoring system of high-rise buildings using RTK-GPS and a package of virtual buildings having structural reality is proposed.
