Abstract(in English) We have developed a low-cost 10Gbit/s uncooled laser diode module for XFP, XENPAK, and X2 etc. By employing the parallel capacitor inside, electrical reflection characteristic is improved and clear eye opening optical output waveforms are obtained up to 11.1Gbit/s.
