Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Today, there are many simulators which simulates biochemical reactions. And an FPGA based simulator was developed because a large scale simulation brings compute time growth. However, it carrys out only accelerating, and does not pay attention to usability. In this research report, interface software which accepts SBML models is implemented, and this overhead is evaluated. |
