Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Mathematical modeling and simulations of biochemical systems are now essential for biological researches. However, modern microprocessors can't provide enough throughput for parameter fitting of the models, or simulation of large scale systems. ReCSiP is an accelerated biochemical simulator on an FPGA, and it's now in the final stage to be released as an "system" which includes from front-end GUI tools to simulatior modules on FP-GAs. In this report, the control mechanism of ReCSiP is described, then approarches to achieve higher throughput per area ratio are discussed.
