Abstract(in English) | Large dielectric constant of SrTiO_3 substrate at 77K can induce the current-steps in the I-V characteristics by the microwave resonance at the coplanar lines forming the SQUID inductance. The presence of this cross-over structure degrades the modulation voltage of the SQUID. We attached the damping resistance in parallel with the inductance to suppress the resonance phenomena. Effects of damping resistance were studied by simulation for the SQUID circuit and characterization of the device fabricated. |
