Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Considering the features of the single flux quantum (SFQ) logic and 4 junction logic (4JL), we designed a hybrid 1×4 crosspoint switch combined with SFQ transmission lines and 4JL address filters. In the cross-point switch, 4JL part selects a SFQ packet transfer line based on address of a packet and supplies the bias current to the selected SFQ packet transfer line. A transfer rate and power consumption of the hybrid 1×4 crosspoint switch for 53 byte packet transfer were estimated to be 39Gbps and 160 μW, respectively. We expect that the proposed cross-point switch can easily extend to more large switches such as 1×8, 1×16 without difficulty for timing problem of SFQ logic circuits. |
