| Abstract(in English) | Mobile phones which can access the Internet have spread widely, and many people enjoy its convenience. However, it is almost impossible for deaf-blind people to use such mobile phones. So, we've developed braille PDA for mobile phones to assist the communication of deaf-blind people. This braille PDA can send short mail and Internet mail via mobile phones, and receive them as well. |
