| Abstract(in English) | MC-CDMA is one of major candidates of modulation method for the next generation mobile communication systems. Previously, we proposed a new MC-CDMA system that control channels and traffic channels are separated perfectly. In this paper, we propose a cell search method based on the proposed method. In our proposed method, the long code of base station is broadcasted by a control channel, and mobile stations obtain it by demodulating a control channel. Therefore, our proposed cell search method can easily perform the cell search without a complex process such as three-step cell search method of W-CDMA. |
