Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a new OFDM scheme with Adaptive Code Division Multiplexing(OFDM/ACDM). In the system, the number of multiplexing code is adaptively changed based on channel state. We evaluate the throughput performance of the proposed scheme by computer simulation and show that the system has better performance than a conventional system with adaptive modulation in tern of throughput performance. Furthermore, we propose a new method which can be applied to the OFDM/ACDM with frequency domain spreading to further improve its performance. The new method adaptively assigns spreading signals to subcarriers based on the number of multiplexing code. We also evaluate the performance of the new method by computer simulation.
