Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The internet is becoming a social infurastructure like public switched telephon network these days. Quality of Service(QoS) and reliability are becoming important for the internet. However,it is very difficult to forecast IP traffic. Actually, internet service provider(ISP) has enough margins for network resources. On the other hand, it isn't easy to change transport network configurations. Then ISP can't flexibly manage utilization efficiency of network resources. In this paper, we talk about utilization efficiency with dyanmic transport network. At first, we define network system utilization efficiency. And we propose network engineering framework that is how to add/delete a path in the dynamic transport network using GMPLS technology. Finally, we report the utilization efficiency with the framework.
