Abstract(in English) The fundamental electronic properties of pentacene organic thin-films prepared by vapor deposition method were investigated with measurements of X-ray diffraction, AFM and electrical resistivity. As a result,it was found that resistivity of pentacene organic thin-films depends on substrate temparetures when deposited and optimum substrate tempareture exists which leads to a minimum resistivity. An OFET preliminary constructed with such a pentacene film showed an enhancement type operation for a gate voltage.
