Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We present a digital spiking neuron that generates periodic spike-trains. The neuron can be realized by shift-registers. We also present a pulse-coupled network of the neurons. The network can exhibit rich syncronization phenomena, and we study 3-phase syncronization phenomena of the network.
