Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, intrinsic localized modes (ILMs) in coupled micro cantilever arrays are observed experimentally. In this report, the coexistence of ILMs in coupled cantilever arrays is numerically discussed. Moreover the relationship between global structure of coupled cantilever arrays and moving ILM is focused on.
