Abstract(in English) In this report we discuss certain features for the universal design processes in relation to barrier-free design concept. In the first part of this report, we discuss an approach to the realization of universal design; Design by a set of products instead of one single product for widest range of users. In the second part, we use the concept of "design chain", and point out service oriented design in universal design process.
