| 抄録(和) | 本研究は, 空間的に低周波と高周波の刺激を重ねた同心円上の刺激に対する運動残効を測定した.二つの空間周波数成分のうちの一方が拡大運動をし, もう一方が縮小運動をした.テスト刺激が静止しているときには高空間周波数成分の運動残効が優位に現れ, テスト刺激が4Hzでフリッカーしているときには低空間周波数成分の運動残効が優位に現れた.さらに, 静止したテスト刺激のときに, 拡大運動と縮小運動の間で残効時間の非対称性が空間的に高い周波数で現れた.したがって, 運動残効の高空間周波数優位性は低い時間周波数に感度をもつ, 高次の運動検出機構の関与が示唆される. |
| 抄録(英) | We measured motion aftereffect (MAE) in a concentric sinusoidal grating stimulus that is composed of high and low spatial frequencies. One of the two spatial frequency components moved in the direction of expansion, and the other moved in the direction of contraction. When the static test stimulus was presented in the display, MAE for high spatial frequency components was stronger than that for low spatial frequency components both in expansive and contractive motion. When the flicker test stimulus was presented in the display, this tendency was reversed. Moreover, we found the asymmetry in MAE duration between expansion and contraction for high spatial frequency when the static test stimulus was presented. These results suggest that the dominance of high spatial frequency in MAE reflects the properties of the higher motion processing mechanism responsible for low temporal frequencies. |
