Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Range finding test was performed by using the NRD guide pulse radar front-end, which consists of a Gunn oscillator with two output ports to eliminate a junction circuit, an ultra-high speed pulse-modulator to obtain short range detection, and a filter-based down-converter with an up-converter as a local oscillator. A small detection error within 1 % was obtained by a distance range from 2 m to 40 m.
