Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to study the possibility of constructing slot line type nonreciprocal devices in the submillimeter wave frequency range, magnetic field dependence of 526 GHz submillimeter wave power distribution in a slot line structure loaded with a thin InSb slab was theoretically analyzed by FDTD method and experimentally measured at liquid nitrogen temperature. The results show that displacement was observed in the power distribution in the plane perpendicular to the direction of the wave propagation.
