Abstract(in English)	Japan Electronics College Computer Network Design Course is a subject that aims at the training of the engineer who can do the design and the development of the Web application to cooperate with the data base by using open source products. KNOPPIX that is the Linux distribution that can be started from one CD as a mechanism that the student can learn and study the programming language always from anywhere is used though the programming that centers on Java and C language is emphatically taught the student to achieve the target of the subject. What effect a virtual programming seminar environment using KNOPPIX has brought to the student's programming language acquisition is verified based on data this time.
