Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We studied the effect of personalization of e-Learning course. Learners were divided into two groups based on their learning motivation test score. Each group were also divided into two groups, one learned with e-Learning course matched with their personality. And the other with mismatched e-Learning course. As a result, we found that the group learned with matched course exhibited higher score and lower dropout rate than unmatched group. Thus, the importance was shown to consider learner's personality when designing e-Learning course.
