Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In April 2002 Faculty of Information Science, Kyushu Sangyo University was established and started a new computer science program of undergraduate level. When constructing the CS building, a set of video-camera and microphone was put in for every lecture room, in order to record all the lectures which are given by all members of the information science faculty. The recorded lectures are distributed through WEB although restricted within the campus. We call this system Lecture Recording System. Introduction of the system was not intended to specify teaching or learning methods in advance, but expected that such an educational environment with the system can make the chance that students review all the given lectures and faculty members review their lectures for themselves and for each other in order to improve their lectures. This paper reports how this educational environment is operated and used.
