| Abstract(in English) | Education on 'Information Literacy' has been performed as a compulsory subject at junior high schools and high schools in Japan since 1999 and 2003, respectively. Deploying the education on 'Information Literacy' has introduced various issues to whom concerned in ambiguous forms. To clarify these issues, methods of hearing, interviewing, and/or asking public opinion are currently used. However, these methods suffer the following drawbacks : (1) it is time consuming and incurs considerable costs, and (2) causes personal biasing in mining collected opinions. In this paper, the authors propose Vote Based Evaluation (VBE) method that provides three functions : First, the relationships between the issue and factors are visualized by directed graphs. Second, a mechanism for evaluating the factors is provided. Third, the issues are ordered by voting in accordance with the degree of interests. We implemented VBE in our Distributed Cooperative Evaluation System (DiCES). |
