| 抄録(和) | 我が国では, 中学校と高等学校において, それぞれ1999年と2003年から, 必修科目として情報教育が実施されており, 種々の課題が漠然と認識されている. それを明確にするために, 現在, ヒアリング・インタビュー・パブリックコメント制度が用いられているが, (1)意見の集約に労力・時間・経費を要する, (2)意見の取捨選択に個人的なバイアスが発生する, という2つの問題がある. 本稿は, 課題を明確にする方法として, Vote Based Evaluation(VBE)を提案する. VBEは, 課題と要因の関係をグラフにより視覚化し, 要因の追加メカニズムを提供し, 課題を関心度によって順位付ける. さらに, VBEを実装した分散共同評価システムDistributed Cooperative Evaluation System(DiCES)について述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | Education on 'Information Literacy' has been performed as a compulsory subject at junior high schools and high schools in Japan since 1999 and 2003, respectively. Deploying the education on 'Information Literacy' has introduced various issues to whom concerned in ambiguous forms. To clarify these issues, methods of hearing, interviewing, and/or asking public opinion are currently used. However, these methods suffer the following drawbacks : (1) it is time consuming and incurs considerable costs, and (2) causes personal biasing in mining collected opinions. In this paper, the authors propose Vote Based Evaluation (VBE) method that provides three functions : First, the relationships between the issue and factors are visualized by directed graphs. Second, a mechanism for evaluating the factors is provided. Third, the issues are ordered by voting in accordance with the degree of interests. We implemented VBE in our Distributed Cooperative Evaluation System (DiCES). |
